Well, it could be scary - if you were the driver of that small black car parked illegally so the driver could use the ATM across the street. Right? C'mon, back me up, here.Okay, it's a stretch... wouldn't be the first time... :-)

Maybe that driver will need to get a couple of hundred extra from the ATM if they are not careful. Towing fees can be pretty high these days, lol.

Anything to do with today's roads scares me rigid! You won't find me arguing with you.
Traffic wardens can be scary - they creep up on you whenever you are illegally parked - even if for only a minutes..
Well, what's scary for me in here is if that big truck hit that car ouch! Now that is painfully scary! Happy weekend!
